Please read these general terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using Slocal online store. By accessing or using any part of Slocal online store, you agree to be bound by these general terms and conditions.

This general terms and conditions of the Slocal online store (https://www.slocal.eu/shop/) determine the requirements for the sale and purchase of Sublima, Hrovat&Zmazek d.n.o. products. These general terms and conditions are written under Consumers rights and protection Law (ZVPot), Law on the Consumer Protection against Unfair Commercial Practices (ZVPNPP) and Law on Electronic Commerce Market (ZEPT).
These terms and conditions are a legal agreement between Sublima, Hrovat&Zmazek d.n.o. on behalf of itself (From now on: Sublima) and you as a user (From now on: the customer), and describe the rules and conditions by which a customer may use and shop in Slocal online store operated by Sublima now or in the future. A customer is a person who uses the online shop.

These general terms and conditions govern the mutual obligations between Sublima and the costumer deriving from purchases in the Slocal online store.
Any new features or changes added to the Slocal online store shall also be subject to the terms and conditions. Costumer can review the most current version of the terms and conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and condition by posting updates and changes to our website. It is costumer’s responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Costumer’s continued use of or access to the Slocal online store following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Personal data protection

At Sublima we undertake to protect all customer personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act and the Insurance Act. All the data obtained through the Slocal online store will be used only for sending informational material, offers, invoices, and other communication. We will not disclose the data to third parties or unauthorized persons. In case the customer wants to edit or delete the data from our list, the customer can send us the information on e-mail address: sales@slocal.eu, or send us a written request via post to Sublima, Hrovat & Zmazek d.n.o., Murnikova 12, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Prices

All prices of our products are in EUR and are excluding VAT. We reserve the right to change prices, if not stated otherwise (in case of special offers or discounts, etc.). The indicated prices are valid at the time of the order, and their validity is not specified. The prices listed on the Slocal online store do not include shipping costs. The prices in Slocal online store apply under the payment as mentioned above methods and conditions. The stated prices apply to purchases made in the Slocal online store and may differ from prices at other Sublima’s points of sale.

Purchase procedure

Customers must choose the type and quantity of the product in Slocal online store. Before submitting the order, they check the shopping cart and make corrections if necessary, or proceed with the purchase and confirm the order. After that the customer completes a form entering all the information required for the delivery of the selected products. After establishing the purchase, changes are no longer possible. Upon completion of the purchase, a notice of the completed purchase will be sent to the customer via e-mail.

The process of purchasing for companies or other legal persons is precisely the same as for natural persons, select an account option for business and confirm that your agreement with the terms of the business.

Shipping & Shipping costs

Sublima delivers the ordered products through the contractual partner GLS for deliveries in the European Union and other postal providers in case of shipments to other countries.

The delivery charge is specified in the order. Our carrier for European Union will contact you to arrange the exact delivery date and time. For deliveries to other countries, the exact delivery date and time will be communicated by our logistics operator. The shipping costs to other countries will be specified in the order. Customers outside the European Union, please note that taxes, import duties are not included in the price of product and shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Deliveries take place on working days only. The products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Within three working days, the ordered products will be submitted to our contractual partner or other postal providers for delivery. If this is not possible for any specific reason, we will inform the customer about it and agree with him the delivery in a different manner.

Right to cancel the purchase, return products, refund
A customer has the right to withdraw from the transaction within 15 days of receiving the order by sending a notice of withdrawal to Sublima. If the products have been already shipped to a customer, a customer must return them. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. The only cost charged to the customer in respect of cancellation is the cost of returning the products. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the items and must return them within 30 days of sending the notice of withdrawal. A copy of the invoice must accompany the returned items. Sublima will reimburse all payments received, including the costs of delivery within 14 days after the receipt of the notice of cancellation of the contract and the receipt of damaged or rejected products or after received products from the customer in case they have been already sent.

The customer shall return the received products undamaged and in their original condition, except in the case when the products have been damaged without the customer being responsible for it. We will refund the payments made by the customer as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days after the receipt of the notice of cancellation of the contract and the receipt of damaged or rejected products.
If you want your invoices for your company or business, you accept business terms that apply to businesses. The main difference is in the possibility of withdrawal from the contract: companies, sole proprietors and other legal entities cannot withdraw from the contract within 15 days of accepting the item for no reason, as is the case for consumers (natural persons).

Shipping costs in case of improper deliveries and returns

In case of an incorrect delivery or justified quality claim, we bear the transport costs of returned product and replace it with the appropriate ones.

Complaints and disputes

The seller shall respect the current customer protection legislation and make every effort to fulfill his duty to establish an effective complaint handling system. The complaint is to be submitted via e-mail sales@slocal.eu or in writing to the address Sublima, Hrovat & Zmazek d.n.o., Murnikova 12, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. The complaint processing procedure is confidential. In case the seller fails to settle the customer’s complaint, he will inform the customer about the reasons for rejecting the complaint and give him the options for further resolution of the dispute.

Defective products

A product shall be considered inadequate:

• if the product does not have the characteristics necessary for its regular use;
• if the product does not have the characteristics needed for the particular use, for which the customer bought it, but which the seller had known of or should have known before;
• if the product does not have the characteristics and features that were explicitly or implicitly agreed or described.
The customer has to inform the seller of any defect together with the exact description and photographs of the product, at his own expense, and within the statutory deadline, as well as to allow the seller to inspect the product.
The customer, who has properly informed the seller of the defect has the right to require from the seller:
• the removal of fault on the product;
• the refund of a part of the amount paid in proportion to the defect;
• the repayment of the paid amount;
• or the replacement of a new product.

More specifically, the right to claim damages is regulated by Law on Consumer Protection.
