Roasted Pumpkin seeds recipe

Heat oven to 350°. I suggest using baking sheet as this will make it easier to collect the seeds once roasted. Remove seeds from pumpkin. You can easily scoop them out with a big spoon. Put them in a colander and rinse to get rid of any pulp. Put seeds on a paper towel to dry them out. Then put them in a bowl and toss them with melted butter and salt until all the seeds are nicely covered. Spread seeds on the baking sheet and bake for about 25 min. You want to bake them until they turn gold. Put the roasted seeds in cups and enjoy! You can also sprinkle them with a touch of Slocal pumpkin oil.
