Each number on the oil represents a producer who is producing pumpkin seed oil according to his family recipe. All the oils from our various producers are distinguished by their distinct and unique characters and made by their families with love. Our oils are produced only from handpicked pumpkin seeds of the highest quality. Slocal oils are of the highest quality and completely natural as they do not contain any chemical additives or other supplements. Slocal. pumpkin seed oil can be served as a salad dressing either alone or combined with honey and olive oil. It can be used for deserts as it gives the ordinary vanilla ice cream a rich and distinct nutty taste. Serving pumpkin seed oil as a sauce for sushi and nigiri can be a special delicacy. For one litre of Slocal pumpkin seed oil, approx. 2.5 kg of pumpkin seeds are gently roasted and slowly pressed in the oil mill using a traditional stamp pressing process. The unique, intensive and nutty aroma and all the valuable ingredients are thus preserved in our Slocal pumpkin seed oil.
